The terms that govern domain registrations, renewals and managed hosting services provided by Psytechno. Last updated: September 2026.
These terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Use whenever you register a domain or purchase managed hosting through Psytechno. By placing an order you accept them.
Domain names are registered in your name — you are the registrant and retain full control. We register domains through ICANN-accredited registrars on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide; incorrect details can delay or void a registration. Registration periods are offered in one-year increments unless stated otherwise.
Domains renew annually. We send renewal reminders to your registered email address at least 30 days before expiry. If payment is not received by the expiry date, the registrar places the domain in a grace period (typically 30 days), after which it may be released or auctioned by the registry. Psytechno is not liable for domains lost due to unattended renewal notices. Transfer-out requests are processed free of charge once any outstanding invoices are settled.
Managed hosting includes SSD storage, SSL certificates, daily off-site backups, core/plugin updates applied after staging checks, uptime monitoring and security hardening. Hosting plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Resource usage is subject to fair-use limits stated in your plan; sustained excessive use may require a plan upgrade, which we will discuss before any change.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced at least 48 hours in advance) and force-majeure events. Backups are retained per your plan (typically 14–30 days). While we test restore procedures, you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of business-critical content. Backup restoration is included in managed plans; ad-hoc restorations for self-hosted sites may incur a fee.
Hosted services may not be used for: distributing malware; sending unsolicited bulk email; hosting phishing, gambling or adult content; copyright infringement; crypto-mining; or any activity prohibited by applicable law (Indian IT Act 2000 and amendments, and the laws of your jurisdiction). Violations may result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
We may suspend services for non-payment or confirmed abuse after written notice where practicable. You may cancel hosting at any time before the next billing cycle; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Prepaid hosting fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Domain fees are non-refundable once the registration is submitted to the registry.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to domain or hosting services is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost domain value or search-ranking impact.
We may update these terms as registrar policies, registry rules or our infrastructure change. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the services after that date constitutes acceptance.
