All the material provided by Psytechno such as HTML codes, texts, pictures, will be the Psytechno property until the closing of the financial transaction. Upon closing of the financial transaction all the content listed above becomes a client’s property.
All the resources including coding, PHP Scripts, Text, pictures and images will be Psytechno’s property until the closing of financial transaction. After financial transaction is closed, the content listed above will be client’s property.
Psytechno will not be held responsible if a search engine refuses to list the client’s website.
Psytechno guarantees that every website will be cross browser compatible.
The client agrees to provide all content used for creation of a website in agreed time.

WARRANTY: For fixed-price projects, there will be a 15 days warranty period. Warranty period starts when the stated work is completed, as specified in a specified environment. All errors reported by Client within the warranty period will be resolved at no cost. Client will be billed to resolve errors reported after warranty period expires. When the warranty period starts, both parties will mutually agree to how work done post-warranty period will be billed – either at an hourly rate or as a monthly support cost.
