These terms govern your use of the Psytechno website and the services we provide through it.
Psytechno designs and builds websites, web applications and online stores, and provides managed hosting, SEO and support services. Specific engagements are governed by the written scope and quote we agree with you, together with our Domain & Hosting Terms where applicable.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Project work begins on receipt of the agreed advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Delays in providing content, feedback or access may extend delivery timelines accordingly.
On final payment, you own the design and code produced for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio. Third-party licences (fonts, plugins, stock assets) remain governed by their own terms.
Design revisions are unlimited within the agreed scope and timeline. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
